“I am wholly committed to helping people regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and religion. I respect diversity and feel it would be a really dull world if we were all alike. I will always be open and honest with you in a way that is constructive, not degrading. You are your own unique person, and I respect that.”
- Annie
Ever since I was a teenager, people have shared their stories with me and sought my guidance. My warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate nature provides a comfortable atmosphere for the personal growth of my clients. I love using my sense of humor appropriately to relieve the stress that clients feel as they gather the courage to improve the quality of their lives. My creativity and intuition help clients access the resources within themselves.
I have an A.S. in fashion merchandising, a B.A. in psychology, and a master's degree in social work. My experiences in both retail and social work prepared me well to pursue my life's passion--empowering people to improve their own lives so that they in turn can help others do the same. I trained with certified professional life coach Dane McCullough to transition from being a professional, licensed social worker to life coaching. Ginger Burr of Total Image Consultants in Boston kindly taught me the ropes of image consulting when I needed professional assistance learning to offer that service.
I am wholly committed to facilitating positive change not only in my clients, but also on behalf of humans, animals, and the environment globally. I know that when you truly follow your own bliss, you are then able to spark profound change in yourself and in the lives of everyone you meet. Your daily decisions can either alleviate world suffering, or contribute to it. When your life is balanced and in order, you have more to give others. I have taught image consulting workshops at Business Ownership Initiative and have spoken about image at Training Inc. I also have written letters for Amnesty International on behalf of political prisoners worldwide since 1994 and routinely participate in animal rights campaigns with the Humane Society and Farm Sanctuary. My passions include skydiving, biking, reading, quality time with family and friends, dancing, animal rights activism and laughing as much as possible daily.
